4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Delta Shuttle to LaGuardia
Firday, March 5th
7:00 a.m. - 7:05 a.m. - phone interview from house for WCBS radio regarding new reports that 9/11 trial will be out of NYC and in military commission. Administration finally appears to be doing the right thing.
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - to Bethpage for dedication of the Morrelly Homeland Security Center. Combines public, private and academia for business, technology and homeland security. Also in case of attack will be backup for Emergency Operations for NYC and LI.
1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - speak at NYS Chapter of GOP Lawyer Association (122 E. 83rd Street, Manhattan) on 9/11 trials and Guantanamo.
2:05 p.m. - 2:10 p.m. - interview on 83rd Street with Fox5 on 9/11 trials and Gov. Paterson.
