11:50 a.m. - 12:05 p.m. - meet with Rosemary Cain, mother of George Cain FDNY hero killed on 9/11. Discuss radicalization hearing which she strongly supports.
1:30 p.m. - 1:55 p.m. - meet with Suffolk County Corrections Officers union.
3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - photos with students accepted for service academies: Viktor Theiss - Air Force Academy (West Babylon H.S.), Kristen Pfaffe - Merchant Marine Academy (West Islip H.S.) and Kevin Quinn - Merchant Marine Academy (Holy Trinity H.S.).
4:19 p.m. - 4:24 p.m. - tape interview in district office with CNN's Jessica Yellin on Libya for 7pm show.
Sunday, March 27th
8:05 a.m. - 8:20 a.m. - live radio interview from home Religion on the Line (WABC radio) hosted by Rabbi Potasnik & Deacon McCormack. Discuss radicalization hearing and Newsday's totally distorted and unprofessional story this week on the Suffolk PD' Muslim Chaplain who called me a liar and Newsday never had the decency or integrity to let me respond. The bottom line is that the reporter Bart Jones is biased and unprofessional and the chaplain has no idea what he's talking about. (Read story here)

7:40 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - phone conversation with Jimmy Boyle regarding today's story on his son Michael who was killed on 9/11. Jimmy's memories were moving and poignant. (Read Here)

9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - speech on interoperability at NYS Chiefs of Police Conference at Cradle of Aviation Museum in Uniondale. Discuss my legislation - Broadband for First Responders Act (H.R. 607). Interviewed by Fox 5 and TV55.
7:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - watch President Obama's Libya speech on television at home.
8:05 a.m. - 8:10 p.m. - live phone interview with WCBS radio on Libya speech.
10:03 p.m. - 10:10 p.m. - live phone interview with Channel 12 on Libya speech.
