9:00 a.m. - 9:50 a.m. - GOP Conference. Discuss how we address passage of the healthcare bill.

10:35 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Telephone interview with Joe Scarborough Show (WABC Radio). Dylan Ratigan was guest host - discuss healthcare.

10:50 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Meet with urologists from Long Island.

1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Meet with AIPAC members from Long Island. Discuss US-Israel relations and the necessity to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons.

2:30 p.m. - 2:55 p.m. - To House floor for votes including honoring blind veterans for their service (H.J. Res. 80)

4:05 p.m. - 4:35 p.m. - To House floor for routine votes.

Uncertainty about what Senate will do on the healthcare reconciliation vote. If any changes are made it must come back to the House for another vote - so we could be in Washington again this weekend.

Wednesday, March 24th
6:40 a.m. - 6:50 a.m. - Telephone interview from apartment with Imus. A few laughs. Serious talk on healthcare and Israel. 

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Army Caucus breakfast meeting with Army Chief of Staff Gen. Casey and Secretary John McHugh. Great to get together again with John.
