Thursday, January 19th
7:35 a.m. - 7:40 a.m. - to Manhattan for Today Show interview on bin Laden film investigation. (Watch here)
8:50 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - Press conference call with John Sununu on Newt Gingrich. Call sponsored for Romney campaign. (Listen here)
12:25 p.m. - 12:30 p.m. - phone interview from district office with Joan Hamberg (WOR-AM) on bin Laden film.
Friday, January 20th
8:40 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. - phone interview from office with John Gambling (WOR-AM) on redistricting.
11:00 a.m. - 12:05 p.m. - attend promotion ceremony for new Suffolk PD Chief of Department Jim Burke at Farmingdale State. Jim is a terrific guy, a cop's cop. Ceremony was very impressive.
Monday, January 23rd
11:30 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. - Delta Shuttle from LaGuardia to Reagan in DC. Computer systems in Reagan breaks down while I was en route and flight returns to LaGuardia.
1:50 p.m. - 5:50 p.m. - Cab from LaGuardia to Penn Station. Amtrak train from Penn Station to Union Station in DC.
6:40 p.m. - 7:40 p.m. - Votes on House floor.
Tuesday, January 24th
9:00 a.m. - 9:40 a.m. - GOP Conference in HC-5.
11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. - FAA Conference meeting with Sen. Blunt and John Mica in Rayburn Building.
4:05 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. - tape WABC-TV interview with Dave Evans on State of the Union.
4:15 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Votes on House floor.
5:40 p.m. - Interview with Governor David Paterson on WOR Radio.
8:15 p.m. - 10:45 p.m. - to House floor for State of the Union speech. My basic reaction was that it was a laundry list of proposals and the kick off speech of the President's 2012 campaign.
11:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. - phone interview with WCBS-AM and WINS radio on the speech.
Wednesday, January 25th
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - to Capital Hill Club for Bob Turner fundraiser.
8:20 a.m. - 8:28 a.m. - phone interview with WPIX-11 on State of the Union. (Watch here)
10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - votes on House floor plus tribute to Gabby Giffords.
11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Delta Shuttle from D.C. to LaGuardia.
