11:00 a.m. - 12:25 p.m. - To Intelligence Committee for briefing by Defense and State Departments on Wikileaks. This is even more of a catastrophe than I thought.

Thursday, December 2nd
3:00 p.m. - 5:50 p.m. - to House floor for vote and debate on Charlie Rangel censure resolution. I spoke and voted against the resolution because it violated all House precedents. I argued for a reprimand instead. After intense and emotional debate Rep. Rangel was censured. My position is unpopular among many people but I absolutely think it was the correct moral and legal position.
7:00 p.m. - 8:10 p.m. - US Air Shuttle to LaGuardia.
Friday, December 3rd
7:10 a.m. - 7:25 a.m. - phone interview from home with John Gambling show (WOR Radio). Gov. Paterson was the guest host. We discussed the Rangel censure.
8:15 a.m. - 8:25 a.m. - live Fox NY TV interview from outside district office in Massapequa Park with Greg Kelly on Rangel censure.
7:00 p.m. - 9:50 p.m. - to Dario's in Rockville Center with Rosemary and John and MaryAnn Deloch. Very relaxing evening.
Saturday, December 4th
7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - to emergency room in St. Joseph Hospital. Fractured small toe on right foot after twisting my foot on the lawn.
Sunday, December 5th
1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - at home watching Giants beat Redskins 31-7.
