8:00 a.m. - 8:35 a.m. - training with Chris Cardona at Bellmore Kickboxing

10:05 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. - to Village Video for Fox interview with Jamie Colby regarding putting Gitmo detainees in Illinois, also discussed 9/11 detainees trial in NYC.

Monday, November 16th
6:40 a.m. - 6:55 a.m. - telephone interview from home with John Gambling (WOR Radio) regarding 9/11 detainees in NYC.

8:35 a.m. - 8:50 a.m. - telephone interview from home with Imus (WABC radio) re: 9/11 detainees.

9:05 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. - live interview with Fox from front of house re: 9/11 detainees.

12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Delta shuttle from La Guardia to Reagan airport.
